Delfeous (Del) wields the Power of the Water Element.  He has always been at peace when he is in or around water even taking it upon himself to design a new canoe, which would be a kayak by the standards of our world.  He is able to control the flow of water; drawing back up stream or causing small amounts of it to rise up out of rivers and puddles to go where he chooses.  His weapon of choice is a long sword and he is fortunate to have been training with them his entire life.  Del has known a life of privilege as he is a prince, brother to the present king of Bele, Nyx.  He takes on tendencies of the royal family as he looks down on most people since they are not royalty, but he also feels slighted as he is the second son in the royal family he will did not become King.  Del is quick to anger and often will pick on people he considers under his status, but he has a mind that understands the how things flow.  He has piercing blue eyes and dark brown hair.
