Tobok
is from a race of nomadic men called Kriengan, which were created by
Bele when the Elementals were feuding with each other to be her
personal guard, but they turned renegade. This
blood line makes the men grow unusually tall, and also means that they
will be
born with the gift that no other elemental gift can touch them
directly. Tobok also has an advantage in his size, strength
and endurance. Any man that he has encountered
has only come up to his shoulder. Tobok, in particular, is also
known for
the serpentine scaring that he has running over his entire body.
It is
his form of relief. He takes his dagger
and runs it over the same scars causing them to rise up from his skin.
